Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on our website are quoted on a per-person basis and do not include gratuities for guides or drivers, passport or visa fees, travel insurance, food or beverages not specified in the itinerary, accommodation, room service, laundry, or any other personal expenses.
Prices published on the website may change without prior notice, particularly in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as increases in hotel rates, transportation costs, or activity expenses.
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment must be made using a valid credit card at the time of booking. By completing the payment process, you authorize the corresponding charge to appear on your credit card statement.
Once payment has been successfully completed, our travel consultants will send a booking confirmation by email. A printed copy of this confirmation can be presented to the service provider as proof of payment when redeeming your tour or travel package.
Please ensure that all travel information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.
Each tour, activity, attraction, or hotel may have its own cancellation policy. Customers are required to review the specific cancellation policy applicable to the selected service before confirming the booking.
For combo tours, cancellations are allowed. However, if one tour within a combo package is cancelled, the combo discount will no longer apply. In such cases, the individual price of the remaining tour(s) will be applied and the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
Before booking a combo package, customers must ensure that all included tours are available. If any component is unavailable, only the tours listed in the confirmed options will be provided.
If a customer fails to appear for a booked tour or service, no partial or full refund will be issued. This policy also applies to unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, chauffeur services, or any other booked travel service.
Rescheduling is not permitted for confirmed tours, airport transfers, or other confirmed travel services.
Before requesting a cancellation, customers are advised to carefully review the cancellation policy applicable to their booking.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Royal Vacation Services. Once the request is received, we will confirm the cancellation and any applicable fees via email or other communication methods.
Royal Vacation Services cannot be held responsible for cancellations that were not received or confirmed by our team.
If the selected hotel is unavailable, Royal Vacation Services will make every effort to arrange alternative accommodation of a similar standard and price.
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the hotel’s policies. Royal Vacation Services cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests if they cannot be accommodated by the hotel.
Royal Vacation Services shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, or trip cancellation experienced during travel.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they possess all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, identification documents, visas, and any other required documentation.
No refund will be provided if travel is not possible due to missing, invalid, or lost documents.
Travelers are also advised to check visa and entry requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate prior to travel, as regulations may change without prior notice.
